USE OF THE SERVICES AND COMPANY PROPERTIES.Welcome to VacancyJobAlert! Your use of VacancyJobAlert’s services through this website and all related websites, data files, and applications that link to these terms of Service are governed by these terms of Service (the Terms or the Terms of Use), so please carefully read them before using the Services.

Customer and VacancyJobAlert are referred to herein individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties. For these Terms, we, our, us, Company, and VacancyJobAlert refers to Floatit technology private limited, the providers and operators of the Services.

Software and servicesa. Modification of the softwareVacancyJobAlert may modify and/or update the software from time to time, as long as such modification(s) do not materially reduce the website performance or capabilities. Meanwhile, there is no liability for any damage, liabilities, losses (including any loss of data or profits), or any other consequences that the customer, any of the customer’s authorized employees, and personnel who are authorized to access the software or any other third party may incur as a result of modifications in the software.

b. Support and servicesVacancyJobAlert gives its best commercial effort to provide support related to the product/service, but this agreement shouldn’t be construed as a guarantee of product service beyond the scope of our product.

Restriction and ResponsibilityExcept as expressly authorized by this agreement, the customer may not: (a) modify, disclose, alter, translate or create derivative works of the website components, source code, design choice and algorithms that violate any intellectual property right or interfere with or disable any features, functionality, or security controls of the software (b) sublicense, resell, distribute, lease, rent, lend, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the software.

Restriction responsibility and data confidentialityCustomer ResponsibilitiesThe customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the security of the customer’s infrastructure, browser, equipment, accounts, passwords, and files.

Inappropriate content

VacancyJobAlert makes money by showing google ads to the customer. We are politically unbiased and are not responsible for any offensive, abusive or pornographic content shown to you in the form of ads or ads banners or gifs etc

User Data tracking

We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Mix Panel, segment, Sentry etc.), to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service.

We collect and use this analytics information to improve the product’s performance, introduce new features, and not manipulate any particular individual user.

You may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on by clicking here to prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics.

Log file information

Your browser or mobile device automatically reports log file information each time you access the Service. Our servers automatically record certain log file information when you use our Service. These server logs may include your web request, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, the number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.

We are using third-party tools like NewRelic, Datadog, Render, and Cloudflare to store/log this information for product improvement.
