Delhi Bijli Vibhag (DERC) me alag-alag padon ke liye qualification is prakaar hai.
- Advisor (Finance) / Accounts Officers: MBA in Finance OR CA/ICWA with engineering degree from a premier recognized institution along with relevant experience.
- Junior Law Officer / Dy. Director (Law): Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university with experience in handling legal matters and drafting legal cases.
- Private Secretary / Personal Assistant: Graduate degree from a recognized university, proficiency in shorthand and typing (English shorthand 80 wpm, typing 40 wpm), along with computer proficiency.
- Steno-cum-Computer Operator & Clerk-cum-Computer Operator: Graduate with typing speed and computer diploma/certificate from a recognized institution.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 12th Class pass from a recognized board with typing proficiency in English (35 wpm) and clerical experience.
Salary

- Assistants & Operators: Pay Level-4 to Level-7 with applicable DA, HRA, and allowances.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Pay Level-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200) / Consolidated Pay ₹38,260/- per month.
